This package accommodates parties and events for 40 people or less for a 4 hour rental period.
4 hour rental (8:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-8:00pm)
Monday-Wednesday: $400.00
Friday: $1,500.00
Saturday: $2,000.00
Sunday: $1,200.00
*For every 10 people above the 40 person attendance threshold, the price will increase by $50.00
*A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and the remaining balance is due on the day of your event.
This package accommodates larger crowds of 50 to 100. We ask that you limit the number of guests to 100 people.

Our pavilion provides shelter during light rain, but for heavy rain or thunderstorms, we recommend renting a commercial event tent from a trusted vendor to ensure your event can go on "rain or shine." If you choose to postpone due to inclement weather, we’ll offer full credit to reschedule. If your event is canceled due to severe weather, we’ll provide full credit plus a 50% rebate of the rental fee.

We can do that too! Each guest can harvest a Happy Handful of flowers (15-18 stems) for $20/each

Yes! Any and all live entertainment/and or outside vendors must be approved by Sassafrass Flower Farm.

Guests are welcome to bring their own beverages. Any alcoholic drinks being served by the hosts to guests must be handled by a licensed and insured bartender.
